Maintenance request

For general maintenance requests, please complete and submit the form below and provide as much information as possible.

Maintenance requests, unless urgent, are provided to tradespeople once approved by the owner and then forwarded the following business day.

If the damage is found to be caused by the renter, whether accidentally or maliciously, the renter is responsible for payment of the repair.

As per the lease agreement, access for tradespeople is arranged through the renter by being present at the property to allow entry, unless office spare keys are used. The tradesperson will contact the renter prior to attending using the number supplied.

For urgent repairs

If a situation occurs outside office hours or on weekends where you believe urgent attention is required, please refer to the below list of tradespeople and contact details.

If you are unsure whether the issue requires urgent repair, please contact the relevant tradesperson to discuss the issue so they can determine if immediate action is required.

An urgent repair is considered to be:

• Water pipes that have broken or burst
• Blocked or broken toilet (if a second toilet is not available)
• Serious roof leak
• Gas leak
• Dangerous electrical fault
• Flooding or serious flood damage
• Serious storm or fire damage
• A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
• A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the premises for water or cooking
• Hot water service failure
• Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure
